この度、当ホテルのキャンセルポリシーを下記の通り変更させていただくことになりました

【変更日】 2026年2月1日（日）より適用

【対象予約】 2026年2月1日以降にご予約申込されたお客様

宿泊日4日前　 キャンセル：無料
宿泊日3日前　 料金の20％
宿泊当日　料金の80％
ご連絡なしの場合　料金の100%

変更後
宿泊日15日前　 キャンセル：無料
宿泊日14日前　 料金の20%
宿泊日7日前　 料金の50％
宿泊当日　料金の80％
ご連絡なしの場合　料金の100％

Effective February 1, 2026 (Sunday), our hotel’s cancellation policy will be revised as follows.

Effective Date: Applies from Sunday, February 1, 2026
Applicable Reservations: Reservations made on or after February 1, 2026（JST）

Revised Policy Details:
Previous Policy
4 days prior to arrival: Cancellation: Free
3 days prior to arrival: 20% of total charge
On the day of arrival: 80% of total charge
No-show: 100% of the total charge

Revised Policy
15 days prior to arrival: Cancellation: Free
14 days prior to arrival: 20% of the total charge
7 days prior to arrival: 50% of the total charge
On the day of arrival: 80% of the total charge
No-show: 100% of the total charge

We kindly ask for your understanding as we implement these changes to maintain our service quality and ensure a comfortable stay for as many guests as possible.
