モバイルバッテリーのご使用に関して/Regarding the use of mobile batteries

近年、モバイルバッテリーによる発煙や発火などの事例が、国内外で報告されています。
すべてのお客さまに安全かつ安心にお過ごしいただくため、客室内でのご使用に際し、以下の点にご協力いただきますようお願いいたします。

・外出などで客室を不在にされる際は、モバイルバッテリーの充電をお控えください。
・充電は、お客さまご自身が常に状態を確認できる場所でおこなってください。
・モバイルバッテリーから携帯用電子機器への充電、または客室内の電源を使用してモバイルバッテリーを充電される際は、以下の場所でのご使用はお控えください。
　- 直射日光の当たる窓際
　- ベッド、シーツ、カーテンなど可燃性素材の上
・破損や膨張、異臭や発熱、強い衝撃を受けたモバイルバッテリーは使用しないでください。また、館内への持込みをご遠慮いただく場合がございます。

なお、ご滞在中の清掃時に、上記のいずれかの状況が確認された場合、安全確保のため、従業員がモバイルバッテリーの位置を移動、あるいは充電を停止させていただく場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

In recent years, there have been reports both domestically and internationally of incidents involving mobile batteries causing smoke or fire.
To ensure the safety and peace of mind of all our guests, we kindly ask for your cooperation regarding the following points when using the facilities in your room.

Please refrain from charging your mobile battery when you leave your room for outings or other reasons.
Please charge the device in a location where you can always check its status.
When charging portable electronic devices with a mobile battery, or when charging a mobile battery using the power outlet in your room, please refrain from using it in the following locations:

• By a window that receives direct sunlight
• On top of flammable materials such as beds, sheets, and curtains
  Please do not use mobile batteries that are damaged, swollen, emit an unusual odor, overheat, or have been subjected to strong impact. Furthermore, we may ask you to refrain from bringing such batteries into the building.

Please note that if any of the above situations are observed during cleaning while you are staying, our staff may move the mobile battery or stop charging it for safety reasons. Thank you for your understanding.
